JimPrice.Com and affiliated sites use the utmost precautions
in handling private data. Personal data is treated in a
secure manner, and (if retained) is stored in secure servers.
Browser information collected on the website:
JimPrice.Com analyzes logs from the servers here to constantly
improve the service of our site, and for security reasons.
Our website logs do not contain personal information such
as name, address, etc, but do contain information such
as IP address and time of day. Except in the
case of cooperation with law-enforcement and other
authorities, we
make no attempt to link them with the individuals that
actually browse the site.
E-mail lists:
JimPrice.Com and its affiliated sites may maintain e-mail
lists to inform users of
the site(s) about important news, and for entertainment purposes.
Individuals must affirmatively ask to join our mailing lists
by contacting the auto-subscriber(s) via e-mail FROM THE
ADDRESS AT WHICH THEY WISH TO RECEIVE E-MAIL.
We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on
our lists to anyone. In addition, we configure our list server
software to refuse to divulge the e-mail addresses of our list
subscribers to anyone but authorized JimPrice.Com staff, including
other list subscribers.
Members of any list can
can un-subscribe automatically,
by following the instructions he/she received when
subscribing to the list.
Additionally, memembership in any list can be revoked at any time,
at the discretion of JimPrice.Com staff.
Privacy of e-mail:
JimPrice.Com operates e-mail servers for the purpose of
receiving mail for our affiliate sites, as well as for
receiving and re-distributing personal mail for several
of our users. Sending e-mail to JimPrice.Com or affiliated sites

recognize that any e-mail sent TO JimPrice.Com may
be treated as a testimonial, or otherwise released to
